These valves feature a full-lined wear-resistant polyurethane injected with the whole mold, ensuring that all media are encapsulated within the polyurethane lining for comprehensive wear-resistant protection. This design provides exceptional wear life with 100% positive shutoff of abrasive slurry, making these valves ideally suited for mining applications.

Bi-Directional Flow:

Ensures zero leakage and tight shut-off, allowing valves to be installed in either direction.
Integral Flange Seals:

The polyurethane liner includes integral flange seals, eliminating the need for flange gaskets during installation.
Replaceable Liner:

Polyurethane liners can be replaced on-site across all valve sizes, simplifying maintenance.
2PC Split Body Construction:

Designed for ease of maintenance and to lower the cost of ownership. A sealing ring between the valve body and the polyurethane lining prevents medium leakage, protecting the surrounding environment.
Wear-Resistant Design:

The wear-resistant polyurethane lining is formed by integral pouring. The split body design allows easy replacement of the polyurethane lining.
Full Port Design:

When fully opened, the valve disc is completely lifted into the polyurethane inner chamber, preventing direct contact with the medium and avoiding wear caused by medium erosion.
